61-year-old femalewith history of abdominal pain. Past H/o Rheumatoid arthritis on treatment. UGIE showed large ulcer along lesser curvature.
Radiology-
CECT -Irregular heterogeneously enhancing wall thickening in body of stomach
Microscopic Images-
Histology from biopsy bits showed proliferation of small cells within the small glands
Immunohistochemistry -
IHC performed for PanCK is noncontributory –
Diagnosis-
Gastric Adenocarcinoma
