76-year-old female with complaints of abdominal pain underwent UGIE
Radiology-
UGIE - Changes of portal hypertension. Gastric polyp
PETCT - Metabolically active polypoidal thickening in fundus of stomach along the lesser curvature. Changes of CLD
Microscopic Images-
Microscopic image showed polyp composed of variably sized glands lined by columnar epithelial cells displaying round to oval vesicular nuclei, prominent nucleoli and moderate basophilic cytoplasm.

Oxyntic gland adenoma is a rare gastric neoplasm that comprises of proliferation of chief cells. Nearly 60% cases present with submucosal invasion. When the lesion show invasion in submucosa they are classified as Gastric Adenocarcinoma of fundic gland type.
