Clinical History-
11-year-male childpresented with complaints of pain abdomen and bleeding PR mixed with loose stools. H/o fever for 4 days. He also had rashes on skin. Measles IgM was positive 2.20 (>1.1 OD).? Acute dysentery? Bacillary. ? IBD ? Measles
USG-
Sigmoidoscopy- Examined up to Sigmoid colon showed altered vascular pattern with granularity and friability seen up to the part examined.
