59-year-old female complaint of abdominal pain.
UGIE -
On UGIE- Areas of Hyperemia and raised lesion in antrum
Microscopic Images-
Histology from biopsy bits showed proliferation of small cells within the small glands
Immunohistochemistry-
Immunohistochemistry performed for Synaptophysin and Chromogranin showed linear proliferation of neuroendocrine cells
Diagnosis-
Linear neuroendocrine cell hyperplasia
