Clinical History-
52-year-old male with pain in RIF and constipation for around 6 months.
CECT Abdomen- Eccentric intraluminal mass involving base of caecum and showing extension into the proximal base and body of appendix with appendicular mucocoele formation.
CEA -3 ng/ ml. Laproscopic radical right hemicolectomy was performed
