Radiology-
On Colonoscopy-Ulcero-infiltrative circumferential lesion in the rectum with luminal narrowing.
Microscopic Images-
Histology showing florid villiform pattern of surface epithelium with presence of multiple ectatic capillaries within the lamina propria.
