17-year-old maleunderwent UGIE for abdominal pain.

On endoscopy-
UGIE- showed multiple gastric and duodenal polyps? Adenomatous
Microscopic Images-
Histology showingdiffuse infiltrate of lymphoplasmacytic cells
Immunohistochemistry-
IHC performed for CD3, CD20, Ki67, CD10, BCL2, CD5, CD23, Cyclin D1.The atypical cells are diffusely positive for CD20 and CD10 approaching 100%, The atypical cells are negative for other immunostains.

Lymphoid polyp

Burkitt lymphoma is a subtypes of pediatric non‐Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). The most frequently involved areas include the abdomen, lymph nodes, and maxillofacial region. They occur as endemic and sporadic forms. Endemic cases are associated with EBV infection and usually present as jaw mass. Sporadic cases show dominant abdominal involvement.
